Return Window:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. 

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the exact condition you received it—unworn, unwashed, and with any original tags or packaging intact. 

How to Start a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@casacatenaccio.com with your order number. Once approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was significantly misdescribed or damaged upon arrival.

Damages & Description Issues:

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or was significantly misdescribed, contact us immediately at contact@casacatenaccio.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Condition Notice:

Please note that all of our items are authentic vintage or pre-owned pieces unless marked as Brand New. Minor signs of wear are natural for vintage garments. Please review photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
